No one to help me on the bed had to leave
I brought my mom here to evaluate her foot to make sure she hadn’t broke more than a toe. So I wanted to fill this out to express my disappointment. The practitioner took off the buddy tape, saying needed to wrap differently. Then proceeded to anchor an ace wrap on the broken toe. When that was too painful, the used koban. Supposed to be a same day surgery...I was in Intensive care for 5days, then reg room for 2 ...then home .Went to pain management Dr , he withdrew 120ccs of fluid filled blood... not very happy..
I felt the doctor was more interested in just getting a test done and me out. He actually told me that you don’t treat a sinus infection with antibiotics?
I left worst off then when I came. I wasn’t issue a prescription I was told what could be the problem! I was just hurt more by some nurse with no experience on what I was describing I just left in more pain and anger for letting her examine me with no clue as to want the issue could Brit sucks I’m still I’m a lot of pain from the experience
I had a severe eye problem and the PA followed up by actually finding me an opthamologist to care for my problem. They went beyond the call of service. No other urgent care service does this trust me.
Jenna Gillette ARNP was the best! So kind and caring and really knew what was best for my situation.
There were 3 people ahead of me and it took 3 1/2 hours for me to get a chest x-ray & be told that no broken bones were seen. I left there with the same severe pain in my chest without anyone trying to diagnose the problem. I am still in severe pain and was finally able to get an appointment before May with a doctor I have never seen before. I pray he can figure it out and heal my pain. Staff was nice but accomplished nothing.
The wait was too long.. My appointment was at 4 pm. The Medical Assistant took my vitals at 5 pm .. I waited for another 30 min for the ARNP .. another 15 mins for my prescription and AVS. The clinic is not patient oriented.. They don’t practice” patients first” . They practice credit card first bec when you sign in they get your credit card to be placed on their file..
