Was told I had a sinus infection and inner eye infection. When in fact I had to take a ton of over the counter cold medicine. Why pay for dr and meds when I could have self medicated. But they just wanted to test for COVID to get the government money. I have been a patient of TGH for many years. I believe it’s time to find another dr. The strep check and covid check tech was aggressive and unfriendly. My son was ill and in pain. He came in, said “don’t cough on me” and proceeded to give the most aggressive strep test and covid test I’ve experienced. I have had that same tech perform my covid test on previous visit and it was not like this. If he was having a bad day, he should not have taken it out in my son. What a honorable experience ELIZABETH DRISSEL, PA was very Unprofessional, refused to do a COVID test which is getting paid to do , she even told that you don’t need it , I still insist and her comment was I guess you are NOT listening it just goes out on your other ears .... guess what I got my result the test that u refused to do and I am POSITIVE Anand currently admitted... Well your doctor does not have any kind of bedside manner of any kind didn't give me anything and I'm still sick oh I think she was worried about was covid that I told her that I did not have I get tested every week but regardless she tested me again and it came out negative but like I said I'm still sick you need to stop hiring Old School doctors that think they can just do one thing and that's
Everything was awful! Made an appointment online for a rapid COVID test to only be told when we arrived that the appointment meant nothing and had to wait an hour and 45 minutes. Then was told they ran out of the “good” tests. Was told we were free to go even though they never performed the COVID test. Had to wait for more than two hours despite having an appointment. Nobody gave me an update of why they were so late. I almost walked out!
Services is to slow for a Urgent Care facility; they don’t have MD available for services, just NP’s.
