Such a great urgent care. They were able to get me in quickly and out quickly. I felt like they really did care.

Why they don't have a 5.0 overall rating, instead of a 4.9, I'll never know! Unfortunately, I now live out of state, but on various visits to my mother here in Tampa I have twice needed to use Fast Track Urgent Care. Both times I received THE BEST MEDICAL CARE THAT I'VE HAD IN YEARS! Everyone is friendly, respectful and helpful. The doctors seem very competent and practical in their course of treatment. The front desk staff need customer service training. They are rude and you have one female employee that I’m not sure her title but she acts if she owns the clinic and her behavior towards staff and patients is horrible!!!
