Only pt there when I arrived.... a routine physical exam took 1.5 hours.....
Took awhile to get in to doctor. Doctor was friendly and professional, but could not diagnose the problem, and referred me to an ER.
The receptionist at the front desk they were disrespectful and rude. But the doctor or physician was amazing.
Got in quickly, nurse was efficient and friendly, PA who examined and treated wound (Kim) was very professional, friendly, and capable. Did a good assessment and treatment, and provided good paper work on details for my regular doctor. Would highly recommend.
It took over an hour for a 4 min drug screen which only requires a tech/MA to administer
The wait was way too long for someone having problems breathing. No one even asked about my problem until I was actually in the room. I was thinking if my problem had been more advanced, this is one place I would not wanted to be! Dissatisfied customer
I had an appointment for 3:15, When I came to the office, I was greeted by a young lady who was quick and rude. She asked me for my insurance cards and credit card to put on record, I have 2 insurances and I had already contacted my primary insurance and I knew my secondary insurance would pay for the copayment. I asked why she needed to make a copy of my credit card, and in a nasty tone she said it was policy. Visit was fine. Sent to Tower for ultrasound. No results were given. Called TGH urgent on hold for 34 minutes then disconnected. Called back on hold 24 minutes. Was told dr would call us in a little bit concerning results. STILL haven't heard back. Follow up leaves alot to be desired. Not much consideration for patient or his family.
Why make an appointment when it makes no difference. You come in and edit. Only one provider. Urgent care you are sick you don’t want to edit half a day.
