A nurse told me I had an upper respiratory infection - which I did not. I'm 73 and know what a URI feels like. My Family Practitioner made me go for a chest x-ray because of this nurse's comment - which was normal.
Terrible treatment . Such a shame to be treared like this
When I asked, repeatedly, to accompany my son during the visit to help answer questions, explain his symptoms, and advocate for his needs; I was denied. At first they said it was because he was being taken for x-rays. I asked them why they were doing x-rays for a skin lesion, I was then told I could not come with him due to "Covid protocols". Saw me quickly for a cough, prescribed antibiotics.
Had swollen leg ., sent me to emergency
Second time we have visited and go nothing more than a nurse and PA referring us to TGH ER. Tonight with low grade fever and shortness of breath, no Covid test or chest e ray was even suggested. We will not return to this facility. Before TGH purchased it, you saw a doctor and X-rays were done. This seems like just a referral unit for TGH ER. Really should have access to a physician. Or this should be marketed as a PA level facility.
Didn’t open at 8 am like they say they do and kept forwarding my calls very unprofessional
Went to your facility on Sunday and Riverview the doctor there seem to know what he was doing I had bronchitis very bad for the second time in less than a month first time never got taken care of completely it wasn’t did not see any doctors there at that time he ordered four Scripps and I bought a breathing machine from them less there around 10 1130 scripts are supposedly called in to Walgreens after an hour and a half called Walgreens and they said they only had two at that point I called to find out what’s going on at th... read more
How was mine and my fiance's experience well let's see..... the first evening he went in he was rushed and wasn't explained some thing's that well pretty Important. Next they said 3-5 days on lab results it's been 6 and he had to call only to find out they called a number from 2 years ago even though he gave them his new number.
