Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
My experience with the visit was good. The physician assistance that so me was very professional and knowledgeable. When I was waiting in the reception area I was surprise to hear my personal information communicated with my insurance company out load where everyone in the lobby area could hear. My personal information such as my name; insurance policy number; even my symptoms; etc., The lady conducted the verification over the phone in an area where everyone could hear her. Quick and easy to be seen. Staff and doctor were very professional and explained every step of the process making it an enjoyable visit. Would highly recommend their services to all who need to be seen.

It was surprisingly very clean. I was waited on immediately. All the workers, receptionist, nurses and doctor were very pleasant. Dr. Were was very thorough and explained all details with me. I would definitely go there again for urgent care!
There was a short wait. Front desk staff was friendly. The doctor was friendly and thorough. They called my prescriptions in for me so they were ready by the time I got to the pharmacy. Overall, a great experience.
