My experience was not to good because, 0 patients that day and still make me wait an hour for a drug test they have me drinking water in the end they told me that the system was down and from downtown Tampa I was send all the way to Wesley Chapel Location. 30 minutes away .
Poor bedside manners. Not even 5 mins in the exam room. Just quickly brushed off and given meds that I doubt will even work.
Long day got there at 11:30 am got home at 11:45 pm. While waiting in pre op. They let my wife come back she needed to use the restroom there was no toilet paper when ask two different people on the floor we were told they did not do this it was up to house keeping. Very disappointed. Other then that they were very nice and professional
Extremely long waiting time even with an advance reservation. Appointment was for 11AM, was taken back till past Noon and then waited another 20 minutes to see the health care provider.
I brought my daughter in for an X-ray of an injury she got at school. There was no X-ray tech on staff, so we were sent to another location 30 mins away. I was told I would have the results within the hour. It’s now the next day and I’ve been on hold for over an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone to get said results. The PA we saw was very nice and kind to my daughter.
The absolute worst urgent care i have been too. all the employees just sit behind the desk and talk and they do not complete there work. I had an appointment at 9:30, did not go into the room until 10:30. then a doctor did not come in for 45 mins. they tested me and said it was going to take less than 30 mins for results. it took over an hour while they gave me medicine that just made me feel worse. absolutely noone came to check up on me. DO NOT go here TERRIBLE

As a healthcare worker myself, I believe customer service should be it’s strongest in the healthcare setting. You are encountering sick patients who are already down, so the front office personnel should present with extreme care and kindness. As soon as I walked in the door, I was yelled at by the front desk woman to wear a mask. I forgot my mask in the car and it was pouring rain, and asked if she could please provide me with one. Front desk staff was amazing. The only thing if the X-ray tech didn’t show up for work and I was there for a possible broken arm I should have been told that when I was checking in. Instead I got all checked in and was seen by PA to find out there was no X-ray staff. So then I had to drive another 45 minutes away from my home to go to another urgent care with an X-ray tech.
