Very fast and I so appreciate it since I was feeling so sick.
At 3:30 PM there was a flashing red message on your website that said you will be closing in 30 minutes so I could not book an online appointment I drove directly there it did take 3 hours. There was a woman there with a two-year-old very sick and she did have a 3:30 appointment and it took almost till 6 o'clock for her to be seen make sure your receptionist know about triage children always go 1st and immediately
Horrible line of communication with patients
I was disagree with service front desk and time waiting for this appointment. If the system permit to make a reservation at 1.30 pm why I need to wait until 3 pm to see doctor. The next time I don't make reservations and This would be faster as walking patient
I brought my sick elderly mother to see the doctor today at 7:50pm. The three girls upfront taisha, rosemarie and vanessa gave me and my mother a mask. They took my mother's license and then proceeded to tell us that my mother could not be seen at 8:01 0m and showed us a sign that says cannot see patients past 8:00 pm. There was 2 other people in the waiting room already checked in and they said they saw that we came in well before 8 and that its not right what they dis making us wait 10 min just to tell us she cannot be see... read more
I made an appointment a PCR test. I had to wait for almost two hours past my appointment time for a thirty second test. I will seek help elsewhere
Mask Nazis still pretending they have good information about a cold virus because they watch TV.
I went there with a sore throat. The doctor told me it would turn to a cold and last 5 days. She gave me no meds at all. The next day I developed bad congestion and waited one more day went to another Urgent Care and received antibiotic and steroids and now getting well slowly. I will never to back to your Urgent Care.
