Thank you for you attention and professionalism I really appreciate it.
Front desk lady was very rude. Was slow in checking patients in and I had already been waiting 15 minutes. I asked if she can get someone else to help her at the front desk. Was very nasty and said I have to be patient that she came from west chase which is something I didn’t need to know and it had nothing to do with her taking my ID and insurance card. And continues with her smart remarks instead of just shutting up and not upset me. I was already feeling sick. Hence why I was at urgent care.
Did a telehealth appointment that went beautifully. Yet later that day the entire phone system was done. You couldn’t contact anyone in the office? The pharmacist and I tried for more than an hour to get in contact with anyone in the office. I even ended up calling main tampa General and asking to be transferred only for the phone system to NOT WORK. How is that acceptable that if somebody’s having a medical emergency or if I needed to contact somebody in the office there would be no way to contact an urgent care. Absolutely... read more

Very good experience. They did a great job in stitching up my finger.
Every one was great. I had a lot of concerns before the procedure and the anesthesiologist took all the time I needed before hand and she did an excellent job during the opreration. The Doctor did an amazing job to.
Most of them were not friendly at all and didn't take the time to check me accordingly. I understand that I arrived at 630pm but they were rushing probably because it was late. 4 people were at the office 1.lady and 3 males and the only thing I can say is that the lady was the only person that was nice.
After wait in my car for almost two hours. I went back in and realized the had called a different number. I lost my queue in line and basically everyone that came after was able to be seen…took me more than 2 hours to get in out. I was disappointed! Positive note after waiting time the rest of the experience was pretty good! Thanks
