Waiting almost 2 hours while in immense pain and was not questioned on symptoms to see if this could be better cared for at the ER. After 2 hours, received a urine and flu test saying no flue and dehydration and to go to the ER. 2 hours wasted when this could’ve been advised at walk in that this is all they were able to do here. Extremely long wait times while in the actual room as well.
Well for starters no X-rays were taken….then I got two shots in the left knee and I can’t remember what they were….and it’s not on my discharge paperwork they gave me ….

Time! I was on vacation and bad enough I got sick but I was second in the door and nobody said others would go first due to signing up on line. I was there almost THREE HOURS
i understand it’s an urgent care. but if you ask people to make appointments for service, then stick close to them. waiting 2 hours after an appointment is not acceptable. especially when all i needed was a quick swab of nose.for covid test.

Smooth! Office personal and staff .
Made an appointment for 3:15 for Covid testing and wasn't seen until 5:30. Dr. Victoria was very hasty with me and didn't seem to care about my well being and barely checked me. She basically said, you tested positive for Covid, handed me some paperwork to read through and sent me on my way
I came to Fast Track experiencing bad pain in my side. I waited in my car for 2 hours and 45 minutes, as did 2 other women.,I then left and 25 minutes later got a call that I could come in and be seen. I saw my primary the next day and had urgent gallbladder surgery the following day. Fast Track should take Fast out of their title.
