First Checked for appt time 30 mins before the my time . Waited over an hour outside and an hour in a room, then they Misdiagnosed me and sent me to emergency room. Spent 12 hours there and $ because of it .
The nurse practitioner was terrible. I was there for my blood pressure, bad headaches, diarrhea and more. All he did look in my ear and follow his finger in front of me and a couple other things. All I left with as nasal spray. I next day I got to my Dr. They put me on antibiotics, diarrhea medicine, and blood pressure medicine and labs. I told the Dr what happened at your office. He was very upset that they only gave me nasal spray. Sad I needed and did not get it ☹️🥺
Staff didn’t know what they were doing front and back staff including the doctor not even knowing what was wrong with me. Kind of upsetting I was in the room already when one of the front staff was calling my mother to come to the front to be checked in for paperwork it’s just very Uncommunicated and very unorganized with staff
The nurse practitioner was great! No complaints about the treatment. My complaint is about the requirement of giving a credit card to be held on file. This should never happen! No one should be required to give a credit card to be held on file. This is the policy the receptionist stated had to be followed to be seen. I have been to many urgent care centers before such as Centra Care, Baycare Urgent Care, etc, and none of them require this except TGH Urgent Care! Got there with symptoms took 3 hrs if i wont get up to see what was going on they even knew they haven’t yet be not even taken my vital sign. They didn’t ordered anything and I have tested positive
It's over a week since by visit & I am still coughing up & blowing yellow mucus, not as much as before. Hopefully I am at the end of this..
I was in an out within 15 minutes for a Covid testing it was great because I had to be to work. My PA was very informative and he listen to my symptoms that I was having and he did some good suggestions. Forgot the name of the PA but he was awesome! They gave me a return to work letter as well as my results in hand and I walked out the door!! Awesome
Waiting almost 2 hours while in immense pain and was not questioned on symptoms to see if this could be better cared for at the ER. After 2 hours, received a urine and flu test saying no flue and dehydration and to go to the ER. 2 hours wasted when this could’ve been advised at walk in that this is all they were able to do here. Extremely long wait times while in the actual room as well.
Well for starters no X-rays were taken….then I got two shots in the left knee and I can’t remember what they were….and it’s not on my discharge paperwork they gave me ….
