I’ve been there several times and felt good about it. Some people I know do not like it there. Well now I had an experience I didn’t like. I went in with rib cage pain after a fall and did not feel the doctor addressed my pain properly. I was in severe pain today and may have to go somewhere else. I’m 68 yo and still work full time after going through chemo and radiation… Praise The Lord I’m doing well but I know what pain is . Everyone there was very nice but don’t feel anything was accomplished.
Made appt for11:30 am. Not seen until 3 hours later. Will never go there again
They wait was very long, but the exam was very short and I do not feel I received the care needed. For I left with no answer of what I really had going on, and I now have severe bleeding and discharge that has a bad odor and fever is back.
I have been sick for almost 14 days straight with a high grade temp flu and cold type symptoms. We are talking in bed for 14 days living on a rotation of robutussin and excedrine and if I missed a dose I paid the price with an out of control fever, chills and body aches. So you can image how thrown off I was when the nurse/doctor came in to look at my ear said I just had allergies. I understand no antibotics and I have no problem with that. The wait was long and there was no communication as to why you had to wait for hours, until doctor comes in the room and says there’s a lot of sick people out there.
In a nut shell, this couldn’t be any farther than a fast track. Ridiculous wait time.
Took way too long. Only needed a Covid test for travel and they made me take vitals, listened to my heart and lungs, etc… 2 hours for something that should have taken 5 minutes. Plus the staff was kind of rude

Front desk lady was very rude. Was slow in checking patients in and I had already been waiting 15 minutes. I asked if she can get someone else to help her at the front desk. Was very nasty and said I have to be patient that she came from west chase which is something I didn’t need to know and it had nothing to do with her taking my ID and insurance card. And continues with her smart remarks instead of just shutting up and not upset me. I was already feeling sick. Hence why I was at urgent care.
