I was told in the waiting room I could be helped there. Then, checked in and taken back to the room to be told I need to go to the ER so now I have 2 bills to pay. The ARNP that looked at my wound in the waiting, told me she could staple it, and later told me no nevermind could have just told me from the start to go to the ER. Once at the ER, the stapled and sent me on my way no other treatment. Which tells me TGH urgent care should have just done it and sent me home.
I really believe that you can do more than you do for your patients.
All the staff were great 😊. My only concern is what they did not do blood cultures test in order to know what happened.
Prescription was never sent out, then office was closed I had to wait until next day to contact someone. Got worse and end up in the emergency room. Very disappointed
Unethical/ lied about price
Went for a COVID test. I was positive. Told to quarantine for 5 days. Was not given any Rx. Came back 2 days later because my throat was so sore, I couldn't eat/swallow anything. Only offered Lidocaine rinses, which I have (no relief). I don't like sitting in the car, but understand the reasoning. Now I have finished quarantine, but have the worst cough I have ever had. My appointment was for 10:45 I arrived there about 10:40 I was told by the young lady at the desk that I should have been contacted because all of the appointments were canceled, they were having problems with the equipment. I understand that things do come up. How ever I was not contacted till after 3 p.m. and the only reason why they called was to reschedule my appointment. I felt ignored when I have my symptoms and the doctor on call for the ER that morning acted as if my coming in that day was an annoyance. My paperwork shows I came in for a headache that is not WHY I came in. I came in due to a number of things a raging headache was but one. I'm very disappointed that I didn't receive the care that I've received in the past.
