Very professional, organized, great communication
Front desk staff and nurse was excellent. There was only a PA available when I was there. PA was nice but didn’t seem as though she was confident in her own decision making which cause me to immediately have anxiety. I decided to seek care elsewhere.
I waited in line outside for hours before getting into the lobby for a COVID test only to be told they reached their daily allocation. I refused to leave until tested, then threatened with them calling police. They finally tested me once I described my condition. 62 years old in July. Cancer patient and diabetic. Plus, was having headache, body aches and loose stools which prompted my concerns. I'm feeling better now, but I'm still waiting on results ! Please call me with results.
Front desk staff, nurse and Dr were all wonderful. Very knowledgeable and caring Would definitely recommend

Waiting online for hours without knowing what to expect was the only downside. Other than that, once I got in everyone were professional and courteous
From the min I walk in to the TGH everybody was nice and friendly. I felt good. I was a little nervous too. But when I went to meet the nurses they make feel so comfortable. And I have to say there very nice.
