Perfect location to where I live and the service was great. Everyone was friendly and polite. The wait was reasonable as well and all my questions were answered. Office was clean and organized. I recommend this place if you live in the area.
Jenna Tillett was very helpful and knowledgeable in diagnosing my sinus infection and bacterial infection from the flu. I was skeptical about going to this location because of billing issues in the past that cost me hundreds of dollars due to a coding mistake which caused my insurance not to cover my previous visit. This visit was 10/10. The medications she prescribed me had me back to normal in 48 hours. Thank you Jenna!

Didn’t take long to be seen and staff was friendly
I went into Urgent care with coughing all day, for about 4 days, and I couldn't seem to shake it. They said I had bronchitis and did a chest X-ray to make sure it wasn't pneumonia. He gave me 3 prescriptions to take. I had a follow-up in 2 days and he gave me a supprestent to help me bring up the flem. I am feeling better not coughing all day and able to sleep at night
Everyone was very professional and took great care and explained everything.to us in a professional manner. I would recommend anyone to use this facility.Thank you for being there for us. So happy there is one in Sun city center.
