I wait for too long. My appointment was 2:20pm I wait until 3 something, and then I went to the lab at 4:15 I waited again until 5:30pm it was a bad experience.
The lab needs more training the pharmacist is either racist or stupid if she doesn't like africian american people she should stay in her community her attitude is horrible!!!
Codman square health center has gone to the dogs, The tall Hispanic gyal at urgent care registration desk is very rude not only to us but over the few hours we waited to be seen, other patients were addressed in a rude & abrupt manner. THIS NEED TO BE CHECKED cause she wouldn't do it to her ethnicity.
3 hours to see a doctor is unacceptable This has to stop I love my doctor world without end so I can’t see myself going anywhere else
I made an appointment to come in for lab work I spent my money and when I got there no one knew wat I talking about spent over two hours there for nothing
I scheduled an appointment for a dental exam and cleaning. I get to the appointment and was told the member service rep only scheduled an exam. I took off time from work and am very upset.
When I had first arrived and stepped inside of the building, I was confused as to where I should be heading and walking up to the front desk not one person greeted me or asked if I needed help. In fact, the people who were at the front desk proceeded to converse within each other and made me feel like I was interrupting them when I tried asking where I should go for covid testing. All of this just to find out that I had to go to a completely different address at least a mile down the road for a covid test.
I waited in line for an hour and a half regardless of having an appointment. I been here a few times to take a covid test and theres always a long line. Theres needs to be a separate line for appointments and separate line for non appointments. Or designated areas just for that if not just a specific time. My back was starting to hurt from all the standing around i was doing.
