The customer service is lacking. I called and the woman on the phone had an attitude. Also when I first came in, one woman was on her phone while there were people waiting to be helped. I’m not happy.
Nobody knew what they were talking about! Gave me wrong information. I drove an hour for something a staff lied to me about. I would never recommend this health center for even my worst enemy!
Even when I’m on time I have to wait 30+ minutes to be seen. The pharmacy is the same way. Codman is getting bad. Needs change. You’re making it look beautiful on the outside but the place is crap.
Vey confusing walk in, no one to guide you no signs to redirect you. I came in for an appt. 50 mins early and check in at the reception desk she direct me upstairs, once I check in the secretary told me to go back down stairs for registration to update my insurance. I, notice there were two receptionist busy with a client, so I sat down for 36 mins waiting until the receptionist notice me and told me I need to check in with her before seeing a registration. I was referred by my doctor to get an ultrasound done at BMC for chronic pelvic pain. After the ultrasound was done no one ever got back to me until a month later when I knew something was wrong & I called. I was asked to leave a message at a nurses line that states to return call within 24hrs but I received a call back a week later. I was told by that person to not call that line for future reference because it is an “emergency line” & she told me she couldn’t find anything on my chart for work that was done at BMC & she wo... read more
Everything excellent
Only problem I have is with the reception area. I come in around 4 the sign say wait. The gentleman is there doesn’t say a thing, I wait finally the women way across say hi. I come out to make a appointment I was told before stand in the same place and wait. Again I stand there same guy is there he say nothing. A lady was there on the phone say oh you have to go to the eye desk around the corner. I’m like oh there no sign she say sorry they suppose to tell you. Reception really needs to do better.
My son had chest pain I was told by the front desk staff that he had to wait into 830 urgent care opened! The front desk staff should have called blue to help my son!
I had an appointment 10/28/2019 @ 7:50pm. I came in 20mins early. Didn't get called until 8pm to go to the exam room. The nurse took my readings , and I just sat there waiting . Dr.Paduano came by once to tell me she would see me in 10mins. This was at 8:30 and she never came back. I noticed it was 9pm and I hear a nurse say that I left without being seen.
