Yesterday it wasn’t a nice day for me because I’m spending all day at Codman square and I’m wasn’t feeling good because of my pain I was had and I’m spending more than 6 hours with my back pain seatings down
I was not checked out. I had to ask the doctor to listen to my lungs, I had to ask her to look at my throat, I had to ask her to check me out. She literally did not check me even after I explained that I’d been sick 2 weeks, wheezing with a cough, vomiting, headache and body aches. She just said she’d do a Covid test and I can come back if I don’t feel good. She said if I wasn’t satisfied she can give me anti biotics. The Covid test results never came in until the Tuesday when I was already in Jamaica. I had to pay $160.00 out of my pocket. I need a refund because your service was not beneficial to me. Based on the information given by the testing site attendants they knew that their service was unreliable and should’ve told us to go elsewhere.
The communication and the amount of running around the patient has to do to get any result is ridiculous. It’s a mad house

The doctor didn’t care about my life and they told me there was nothing that they could do about it and I went to the emergency room at Bmc they found it was something wrong with me.
Made an appointment to get a Covid-19 test for Friday afternoon. I was not told that the testing would not be done at the Codman sq. facility but at Russell Auditorium. Needless to say I did not make it in time and there were no appointments./test on weekends,
You all sent me a link to sign up for My chart and it doesn't work
Provider was Over 1 hour late. Plus other things I don’t want to mention here
