My wait time was too long
I paid my $60 copay, Dr Kroshian requires some exams in the lab. The Lab asked me to pay another copay. I did not understand. I asked why? The lady told because it is a different department. I agreed to pay wit my credit card. She replied the credit card machine was not work working and I had to paid cash. After paying cash, she refused to give me a receipt. Poor respond time and patient services
The urgent care department was messy confusing and NO social distance. I was not informed that urgent and Covid testing was in the same area. I see people walking in and name got called. People who came after I checked in was called first. So I asked why are people who just walked in gets to go first? And that’s when I was informed that those were people walking in to get covid testing. It was chaotic, because no one was informed that the area is both urgent care and Covid testing. They said 24 hours to get my lab results now when I call they say they shut down on the weekend so I won’t hear back till Monday even though 24 hours was 1pm today Friday.
