On at least two different occasions there was a mix up between myself and another patient being called into the doctors office. The first time my name was called to go to the doctors office but before i could respond someone else jumped up and was escorted to the doctors office only to return to the waiting room as she was not the one called. Strep results were negative in urgent care but the doctor did not proactively want to give him medicine though he had strep spots on his throat and I told her those are the same type of spots he had a few weeks back when he had strep throat. She diagnosed him with post nasal drip and prescribed him Flonase smh. I asked for a script because at the moment I’m in a financial bind. The medical appointment was great. We then went to get blood drawn and had to wait 1 hour to get it done they have only 1 person to draw blood. That is unacceptable and unfair to the staff and all the patients waiting. Please do better. Thank you

I waited for over an hour after I arrive for my appointment bc after I was registered my appointment never went to my Dr to know I was there
I was the first patient who entered the urgent care center at 8am when they open and it took an hour to be seen.
I was waiting to get my blood drawn on April 1 -2003 do you know that lab technician take all most half hour to call me she have one patient with her for the longest time i couldn't waite no more even the receptionists could see that something was wrong I of to give in my paperwork to the receptionist and leave
I was told that I would be getting 2-3 tooth fill but then the dentist did an X-ray and told me it was either or have I known that I’ll prefer my tooth filled the X-ray was not necessary. Now I have to come back to get 2 teeth filled the dentist was only Able to do one. Which was crazy to me because the dentist did such a great job I believe that all 3 or 2 could be done . I say that to say it took no time at all to get the filling done.
