The nurse was very nice and caring the person at the front desk was very helpful and very polite, but the pharmacy tech was not nice. I left a complaint/ compliance. They need to be more caring. They need more training on how to deal with the customers.
The doctor told me to bring a paperwork for her to sign for me I gave it to front desk and they gave me a copy of it they lost the paperwork and I lost my job they so neglected
I had a bad experience with getting enrolled at the Dentist..Being a patient for so many years with you,was so disappointed to be told that I can’t be enrolled because the Dentist are new and it will take sometime before I can get enrolled to see a Dentist
Not worth it. There always something with that place. ALWAYS! It is not fair.
Doctor didn’t know what she was doing. Doctor was searching informations about my symptoms right in front of me. I closed to walk out of the room if only I could prescribed myself the medications.
I don’t feel good treatment
By showing patients more respect. My most recent experience regarding my homemade care physician appointment absolutely disaster, horrendous mortifying, horrible disgusting upsetting, incredibly disappointed. I'm sure due to many external factors that are out of people's control my appointment was an hour delay. But I wasn't told that until I arrived for my appointment and I think that's truly unfair in disheartening to patients. I had an apt booked from Jan of 2025 they could not see me until the month of may 2025 . I was struggling with dealing with my skin and it being very itchy I cried so many days leading up to the actual appointment. I received a call prior to the apt date asking to verify my insurance and doctor and that the apt was still booked and date set . I saw the physician 45 mns late. My appointment was at 1:00pm. I was at Codman SQUARE at 12:30pm. They called me at 1:45pm
