Good afternoon, My name is Tairon Costly, and I've been a patient of Codman square health center for over 10 years now. Unfortunately recently I've been having bad experiences with Rebecca in patient services call center. Every time I call to schedule an appointment and she answers there's always an excuse for why I can't make the appointment. My experience since October I was very sick to contact my primary care the given a long appointment to February at the moment I’am older than before can you prescribe some medication for cough medicine because my job texted me I don’t have ccs and happy new year 2024

I can never get an appointment, codman square keeps wanting to take in more patients when there's not enough doctors available. Waiting list are super long, doctors do not be on time but want to cancel if you're 15 minutes late. If you pick telehealth they never call you on time and sometimes they don't call you at all. I've been on wait list for a therapist and still haven't got one and it's been since September. Foot doctors are useless there unless you need to get injections. Codman Square Pharmacist said my prescription was printed with the wrong RX number. It’s a important number. Please let me know, How is it possible to get it wrong?

I had a Tele visit with my new Dr.Lee on September 21,after having reaction to the PCV 20 vaccine and had to go to BMC ER. She scheduled a 2nd follow-up to be Tele. I awaited her,no call at time scheduled. I called the clinic .The receptionist made me out to be a liar, that I was to be seen in Office. She said she would have someone called me back in 20 minutes. I was very disappointed with the Nurse Practitioner that I elected to be my physician as a "new/returning" patient at CSHC who displayed a lack of compassion for my healthcare and refused to acknowledge briefly because I was approximately 20 minutes late for a scheduled appointment. I was also disappointed in the lack of professional conduct exhibited by the staff. Because of the NP's lack of compassion, I have little confidence in CSHC"s service and patient care.

Ran bye bunch ignorant Haitians very disgusting place to be I went here for 22yrs an now its a shit show they will put there hatian people before you they will talk about u in creole to there pairs they will call u hour over your appointment time from calling someone they know infront of you very ignorant place to be the parking lot brings plenty of fights n arguments its a shit show...

I needed someone to help me with insurance .They ask me for some documents when i call mass health was a different story didn't help me. I ask questions about what i need with medicare .it looks like they don't want imform you . No one for age strong to help ederly. Is confusing the change .when i ask what chooses in had no answer THANKS.
