I have been a patient since 1997. As of this year 2025, it has been by far the worst experience at Codman Square Health Ctr. I dropped off forms the beginning of August, and to my surprise they were misplaced by August 13. I return with more forms and experience them not being fully completed. Had to resubmit another form to be filled out Time will tell. However, the confusion, stress and time management has completely made me doubt being a patient at Codman Square Health Ctr.
I came to the hospital by 7.15 pm as against 7.50 pm. I went through the preliminaries at the desk, I was invited in, the nurse did what she was supposed to do before see my doctor. The doctor just didn't appear till about 9.40 pm. This happened because the nurse showed very much concern, telling me to hold on that the doctor will still come to attend to me. Why am I getting this survey and I haven't been to Codman Square health center in months or a year!
I have already spoke to someone at the healrh center and explained to her what happened talk to the person in charge of patient relations and complaints she called me and stated she would report the conversation and get back to me that was months ago

Okay first things first been trying to make an appointment on the maychart app for about 2 months ,I guess it down idk.. so I called in got to internal medicine, she washelpfull on making my appointment, but when I ask for an in visit that was supposed to be a follow up from my phone appointment,.mind you they was supposed to call me for the follow up.. but since I didn't receive one I decided to call them .. they said they didn't have anything untill August 15 i believe with my PCP okay I ask for something sooner did not ha... read more
Seen a doctor was prescribed a medication to pick up at Walgreens. Went to Walgreens just to be denied because the Doctor did not submit the medication. So wasted 2 hours and the clinic close as still didn’t get my medication. Dr.Nancy Lewis thank you for wasting my time.
