I had a social worker person was doing nothing. No one there listens to me. And my doctor can do nothing cause his hands are always tied. I am messed up physically now because I didn't get the proper care I needed so I would not be this way now. Everyone there is quick to say yes and do nothing
I find that the staff have no sense of urgency. I returned to the clinic on 2 separate occasions to get a medical form that was completed by my doctor & it took several hours to find the 1st form & they have yet to find the 2nd one. I have called several times & waited for more than 1 hour & no one could find the form. Now I will need to take time off from my job to come back to the doctor to get this rectified. No sense of urgency they do not have.
Got there a hour before my appointment, was not call for my appointment until 4,
I saw a provider from pediatric on July 3,2023, she told me she’ll place an order for lab it’s been 3 days now there’s no order After calling so many times and left messages. They don’t care about patients, they only care about money .

My appointments always seem to get cancelled and at the last minute. The staff does not seem to be knowledgeable because there is always confusion. Anytime there is an issue I’m no longer surprised because it has been a common theme.
So first of all, I want to start by saying that I chose to come to Codman Square because you are a community health center. Since coming to Codman Square, I have never felt like I am part of a community. The staff is very rude and inexperienced. Every time I come into urgent care I am waiting, 2 to 4 hours to be seen no matter what time of day it is. The call center is horrible
Your website info isn't updated. On a Saturday morning you had a parking lot full of ppl parked and ready to been seen at 7am. The door sign says 9am that update wouldve been helpful to those that searched the times online. Then urgent care had a 3 hours check in wait time. I go upstairs to dental to book an appt stand in line (which I have social anxiety and hate lines) get to the receptionist only for him to tell me he couldn't help.me yet he had to take everyone in line that had an appt first before he could book my new ... read more
