I scheduled an appointment for a dental exam and cleaning. I get to the appointment and was told the member service rep only scheduled an exam. I took off time from work and am very upset.
When I had first arrived and stepped inside of the building, I was confused as to where I should be heading and walking up to the front desk not one person greeted me or asked if I needed help. In fact, the people who were at the front desk proceeded to converse within each other and made me feel like I was interrupting them when I tried asking where I should go for covid testing. All of this just to find out that I had to go to a completely different address at least a mile down the road for a covid test.
I waited in line for an hour and a half regardless of having an appointment. I been here a few times to take a covid test and theres always a long line. Theres needs to be a separate line for appointments and separate line for non appointments. Or designated areas just for that if not just a specific time. My back was starting to hurt from all the standing around i was doing. No time waiting Seen within 5 minutes of arrival
Yesterday it wasn’t a nice day for me because I’m spending all day at Codman square and I’m wasn’t feeling good because of my pain I was had and I’m spending more than 6 hours with my back pain seatings down
I was not checked out. I had to ask the doctor to listen to my lungs, I had to ask her to look at my throat, I had to ask her to check me out. She literally did not check me even after I explained that I’d been sick 2 weeks, wheezing with a cough, vomiting, headache and body aches. She just said she’d do a Covid test and I can come back if I don’t feel good. She said if I wasn’t satisfied she can give me anti biotics. The Covid test results never came in until the Tuesday when I was already in Jamaica. I had to pay $160.00 out of my pocket. I need a refund because your service was not beneficial to me. Based on the information given by the testing site attendants they knew that their service was unreliable and should’ve told us to go elsewhere.
The communication and the amount of running around the patient has to do to get any result is ridiculous. It’s a mad house
Horrible service, rude staff. I will not go back to that place.
