Experience with Dr was fine but the experience for making a follow-up appointment sucks!!!! It's terrible. Every time I go to make a follow-up appointment I'm told she's booked and to keep calling to see if she has any openings due to a cancelation. I've tried the call back list 3x and no one ever called me back so that system is/was an epic fail.
Doctors and np are overbooked with appointments...it's very hard to get an appointment that isn't months away..I always have to be squeezed in with my doctor....then most doctors end up leaving or now are only there certain days. It really has to get better or get more doctors so others ain't so overwhelmed with patients
I can never talk to my doctor every time I leave messages they tell me that they're sending messages to the nurse practitioner or to my doctor and twice I have had emergency situations where I ended up in the ER
I had the worst experience with my primary are Emmanuel Bouloute who jeopardized my job by not signing work documents on time
My mom is 88 yrs old so the ophthalmologist dept is not up to date on their equipment . It was almost impossible for an overweight patient in a wheelchair to get close enough to the eye machine. Please inform the patient at the time of making the appointment that Codman eye care facility is not wheelchair accessible . Lots of elderly patients go there
They called me the day before my appointment to tell me someone booked me with the wrong eye doctor and that he only see kids!!! I’ve waited months for this app now I have to wait UNTIL APRIL 30TH TO BE SEEN!!! At this point I’m leaving this clinic this is the third time since last year they have done this.
I had a bad experience with the dental care. I started a deep cleaning and a root canal since May 2023 and it’s never done. I called three times to asked for an appointment they said they will call me back but they didn’t since now. I have pain on my mouth, since that day I’ve been taking pills every day to be able to tolerate that pain. Tatiana Jean Philippe

It's been 5 day and I have yet to hear from some one from your office regarding my test results. I called in on Friday morning at 9am and explained that I wasn't feeling any better only to be told that you were too busy to speak with me because their day had just begun. The receptionist was also extremely rude when I asked her what do you mean they are too busy, its 9am. She then stated that she had no time to argue and abruptly transferred me to someone else.
