Constant runaround can never reach my doctor's office in a state of emergency. I am leaving this practice and health center for a place where I can actually talk to my doctor or my doctor's nurse. Twice I have been in a dire state and nothing was done from this health center to assist me.
I had the worse experience here in this hospital. I lost 6 months in this hospital with urine bleeding and pain. They made a lot of tests and the only thing I received quickly was a lot of bills, even when I saw a doctor only one time, I still receiving bills since January. Personal attending there are reckless and they don't respect people. Never heard from anyone, no one called me back.
BILLING Dept does not follow up with patiences regarding insurance billing Inquiries, requesting proof of Delta dental insurance payments & records.
I have been waiting on a referral to be sent since July. Called multiple times with no help. Very disappointing Currently looking for a new primary care
I went in for pain in my ear. Was prescribed drops to take for 7 days. I’m on the third day and the pain has gotten worse.
You didn't remove the object. And said there was nothing there and lied. So not good.
