The worse part about doing business with you is contacting you. Trying to get through by phone is ridiculous. Sometimes it takes more than an hour to reach the right department. You need buy more phones and man them.
The wait time was very long both for the lab and my appointment. The appointment was scheduled and when I arrived they did not know what the reason for the appointment. Which I had to explained.
The building seemed very gloomy. I had to asked myself if I was sure that I want to get my test taken here. Also, the person who instructed me to swab myself was not very nice. No smile/greeting, just a very cold attitude as she instructs me step by step on what to do. "Lower your mask", "take a swab", "Put it back". She seemed very miserable with her job.
Everytime I go to the clinic I always wait for my dr longer than 45 mins. I had to wait an hr before being seen for my physical which is crazy. The dr I was scheduled with didn’t even show up another dr had to step in (which she was great) but my overall experience with this clinic is horrible. It makes me not want to go to the clinic because I feel that my time is unvalued. If appointments are being changed to in person, why use up people’s time and still send out requests/book appointments for over the phone visits. It’s honestly a waste of time.
I did my test last week I did receive any answers.
Terrible care to date. The dentistry unit at Codman Square is the worse! 2 extractions so far and two different dentist. The 1st was flippant and dismissive. I had to hear about the party she attended the night before during one visir. She told me to come 1hr early another visit so she may do what she failed to do the 1st (2) times! I arrived early and I was still seen late and she did not do as promised. I requested a new dentist. I must have said a bad word because asking for a new dentist is a big no-no! They called me and said Najae my daughter had an appointment.She gets there they are staying she doesn’t have a appointment we play the voice mail they tell me it was a mistake the a appointment is for my other child Na’Asiah one child in 18 the other is 2.
I would have preferred to have been asked of I was okay seeing an intern for my prenatal care. Also pharmacy staff needs to work on customer service.
