They over book these doctors which means your sitting in a room 30 minutes or more waiting to be seen. Terrible!!!

The process to getting my booster shot was tedious and very trying. It all started with an online request for an appointment. Then receiving a call back that did not advise or instruct that my wife and I needed to fully register as a new patient in order to get our booster shot. We were confirm for 2:40pm appointment which turned into almost an hour later before we got to the nurse. I paid my $60 copay, Dr Kroshian requires some exams in the lab. The Lab asked me to pay another copay. I did not understand. I asked why? The lady told because it is a different department. I agreed to pay wit my credit card. She replied the credit card machine was not work working and I had to paid cash. After paying cash, she refused to give me a receipt.
