I came to my appointment waited 45 minutes, i finally went to to the desk to ask how much longer. They told me my provider wasn’t even there and it would be another 45 minutes to 1hr to be seen after they called her to see how much longer. I live 1 hr and 15 minutes away from the clinic I was pissed and I had another appointment at 2pm that I wasn’t going to make because of your unprofessionalism , I asked to speak to a manager because I was highly upset and had tears in my eyes. Not being able to contact doctor directly is not good also it has come to my attention that every appointment is 3 to 4 months a head weather it’s dental vision or health and I don’t quite understand that and I just had surgery and it’s taking me months to go back just to get a eye exam I recently had a toothache I had to wait to be seen for the toothache, which was an emergency. I was told to come back yet and four months all that doesn’t make sense you guys need to do better.
I been trying to be seen for some glasses and I haven’t been able to it’s like the folks that answer the phone is not doing there job
My daughter’s appointment was at 10:30 am I saw the nurse practitioner at around 11:40 am she spoke to me and we discussed my concerns she left to communicate them with the doctor and they would be back I expressed to her that I needed to leave to go to my work at 12:15 pm I left the office without seeing the doctor they didn’t even realized I had left until around 12:30 pm when they called me to ask why I left I was very disappointed with the level of service and this is not an isolated incident I always have to wait ridic... read more

I needed a specific service, call in advance to make sure it was performed there and the person who answered my call assured me it was done there, drove there, waited for over an hour, when it was finally my turn they said that they dod not perform that tope of test there! That the person who scheduled my appointment missed informed me. The nurses were great but I felt like I was rushed out, once the doctor came in. They told me it was a sprain & when I went Somewhere else they told me it was a torn meniscus…But again the nurses were great so caring took their time.
