The wait was not as long as I anticipated especially for a Saturday. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
I had a long wait, however, it was worth it. I saw Ms Caitlin Holland. She was very thorough and professional. She pretty much knew my problem. But, she did her due diligence and checked a couple of other things before her final diagnosis. If I had to return to urgent care I will return to the Apollo Beach location and hopefully see Ms Holland.
I tested positive for Covid and made them aware of that and yet sat in waiting area for 3 hours. The care I finally received once I was seen was Fine. I just don’t understand why you don’t put people in rooms when the are positive for Covid . Also the need for everyone to wear masks. They Do not.
The front desk staff person was fabulous. She helped me with the billing and was friendly and great. The PA doctor was not great. She was not friendly, made it seem like she was rushed and not happy with her job and was short and impatient. It was like the patients were an imposition or something. Considering we pay for this service and her wage, it was very disappointing. I normally would only give positive feedback because I know most people work hard but this was not acceptable.
Other than the wait to see the PA everyone including the staff were good . Would be nice if you could be updated on how long before you see medical staff
Diagnosis was on- point; prescribed remedy is helping. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Not my first visit, but went just as well as the one last year. Very efficient from beginning to end. I feel lucky to have this resource so close to home if needed
