I’ve had occasion to seek care at the TGH Ugent Care facility about 4 or 5 times and have always received excellent attention and care. UC sustains the high level of excellent healthcare of TGH.

The entire was very professional and efficient. They were friendly and was able to get me in and out without waiting too overly long.

The provider did a thorough exam. She listened to all of my concerns. Everyone there was pleasant.
Front office experience was less than pleasant. Pa experience was outstanding!
Although the waiting time from checking in until being called was about two hours, and this was a pre-employment DOT physical, drug and alcohol screening test, it was really smooth and the person who admistered it was sensational. Exxplained in details the procedure and even praised me for doing a great job. She definitely has a God given talent and anywhere she goes, will be a great asset to any place she works.
I visited the facility in Apollo Beach. The receptionist was professional, but friendly. The facility was comfortable and clean! I waited about 45 minutes to be called back. I was seen by Brianna Gruber who was very thorough. and she prescribed 2 medications for my chest congestion and ear pressure. I was very happy with my experience at this Urgent Care!
Staff was very efficient. The care I received from Gary Woodiwiss was excellent.
