I got there right before closing and they still took me in to help. Very thankful
The Dr was friendly and professional. I was given two prescriptions that corrected my issue.
Staff was great. Waiting room was too warm. Waiting time was unacceptable

NP was very good at explaining what was going on in my ear. As a retired RN, I appreciate that. They were apologetic due to the wait time. More staff is needed so the wait time is not tow hours.
I was impressed with the ability to sign up at a time of long waiting and be notified later that I could come now and be the next person called upon arrival. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I will certainly come to your facility the next time I feel the need for your services.
