I was experiencing pain in my right leg, starting at the knee bend and down my calf and up my thigh. Dr. Jenny VanKevlen did a thorough examination of my leg and suggested I have an ultrasound. She suspected blood clots. I had the ultrasound and was admitted to the hospital. Needless to say, I appreciate Dr. VanKevlen. I would highly recommend her.

After spending days in isolation & resting from COVID, I had developed deep pain in one hip. Once I tested negative and all other symptoms subsided, I masked up and came to your Urgent Care for help. Check in was easy & your staff was very attentive. I was prescribed meds and a stretching regimen. I’m much better now.

Honestly I liked the PA and medical assistant that I was FINALLY was treated by. - my wait time was told 1 to 1.5 hours but was actually 2 hrs. &45 min! - you have auto check-in and yet there are 2 receptionists. Why do you need 2? - there is definitely not enough MD's/PA's. Having one is not acceptable especially on the weekend. You are supposed to be Fast Track. - the music was deafening!!! - you have a drinking fountain. Talk about spreading germs!! Slight misdiagnosis of pneumonia when there was none, but directed me to the ER and that was the correct direction for my complaints.

Great, fast response from your entire staff. Professional and caring. Even though it was a Monday, it seemed that everyone was taken care of efficiently and professionally. Would suggest a hand-held device to make it easier to be more comfortable while filling out the information requested. Felt a bit uncomfortable standing at the counter while other patients were coming and going. Thanks again for the service!
