I had a fast and yet a thorough service. The personnel was kind, and professional which gave me great confidence in the process. I count on them in my next URGENT CARE service.
I was pleased that I did not have a long wait. Everyone was friendly and took care of my needs in a timely manner.
Arrived at 8 o’clock doors were open checked in by 815 I was called in they were very professional polite explained everything it was a good day.

Quick to be seen. Loved the PA. Two things though: no big deal but my first name was spelled incorrectly. It's CATHARINE. Two, my prescriptions were sent to the wrong Publix. I will be making sure that doesn't happen again.

2+ hour wait because they were understaffed but PA was pleasant and provided script requested.
Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional-- from the check-in desk to the PA. Easily signed in on My Chart and the wait time was very reasonable.
I was not feeling well and had a bad cough which was not allowing me to get any sleep. Tonya Hanley was very helpful and prescribed me some medicine to improve my health.
