I went today 12/11/23 to the Apollo beach Urgent Care.. I have to say this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had going to an urgent care! The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, special shout out to Robert Snyder! He welcomes you with enthusiasm and you know he loves his job! Shortly after I was seen by provider Yarkema Jones, who was so friendly and and efficient..in spite of going there because I wasn’t feeling well, this office made you feel heard and when I don’t feel well again.. Kind and caring.people from the front desk to the nurse to the PA. Very clean and efficient. Wonderful care!
It was good and efficient .
Was greeted with a smiling face and checked in. Although I waited a long time to get call back — the wait wasn’t too bad. The waiting area was positioned so everyone waiting had good social distancing so hopefully no one passed along what they brought in with them. Once in triage and then to the exam room - Everything went quickly and my prescriptions were sent over immediately, so they were ready when we went to pick them up. All in all it was a good experience.
From the minute I walked in to the second I walked out I felt staff treated me like a person and not a number. The reception area is clean and front staff efficient. The nurse was nice and I can’t say enough about Ms Mulvey who attended to me. She offered me options and I felt like part of the decision making in my situation. She offered to do a referral so I could get in quicker to a specialist and medication to help until I could get an appt.
