Except for the 2 hour wait Dr Nanda and the staff were great. I really enjoyed the doctor. He was very kind and explained everything.

Very good care. Always clean, professional and efficient. Great staff. Only negative; tried twice to be seen the day before. Place was full of people waiting because only one doctor was on duty. Went next day at 7:04 am and waited at door to be first seen. By 8:00 there were 9 ppl waiting in line behind me. Again there was only one provider on duty.

I thought the PA was great.Gary was concerned with my problem and diligent to assist me. I did not care for the two hour wait when three others that came after me were taken before me.

Excellent care from nurse to PA Kelly,I felt horrible and they took very good care of me and handle my situation very diligently. They took such good precautions and sent me to the ER for further work up where if I might of gone sone where else I might not of gotten the care I needed. Thank you again TGH urgent care!

I had a long wait to be called back to the triage room. Once there, things went smoothly. I don't know that I needed to see the provider. I stated up front that I was only there for a covid test. The young man who called me back to the triage room was very personable and was very efficient.
