Although the wait was long (only one doctor on a fairly busy day), it was worth the wait. The nurse practitioner I saw evaluated me right away, talked to me about my concerns, and prescribed the correct medicine. For me, because I was almost completely better in a day or two. Thumbs up!

Everything ran like clock work - I was in at my reservation time. PAs were great. I was in and out in about 35 or so minutes. Everyone was kind and helpful.

Love the care we get from this place, it has always been exceptional. The only downfall is the wait times are extremely long.

The place was clean. The PA and nurse were nice. The receptionist where I checked in was busy but still took the time to help me because I was having trouble getting on the TGH website to check in. That is my only complaint—when people don’t feel well, they don’t feel like having to mess with a complicated website to check in!
