I came in on Thursday 3/14/24 with a bad cough and a very sore throat as a result of the cough. I received meds for the cough and for a runny nose. However, I did not receive a prescription for the cause of the cough or the runny nose. I needed antibiotics for the source of the cough and runny nose but did not receive them. My condition continued to worsen and on Monday 3/18/24 I went to my primary care doctor and received antibiotics for my condition. Front desks was efficient and kind… First assistant was clear and thorough PA was quick, clear and gave advice that gout can come with BP medicine lisenopril.

The wait time was quite short, 30 minutes or so and they were busy with several patients there at 5pm. The medical assistant did a quick triage and she was professional and asked appropriate questions for my problem. Next the Nurse Practitioner came in after only a short wait. After many questions and a quick test she said that they weren’t capable of caring for my issue and recommended that I go straight to an emergency room.
