Made an appointment and got there 15 min early. What a joke!! Waited 2hours and when I asked why so long I was told “ we do not pay any attention to appointments.
Short wait time nice PA
I was treated very well.
PA Gruber was great. I didn't have to wait and she diagnosed me quickly.
I called before 10 am and was told that they would talk to provider and call me back and 24 hrs later still haven't been called.
I went to be seen for a sore throat, congestion. Chest X-ray should have been ordered for symptoms. Could not deep breathe and O2 sat 92%. No treatment. Was told to continue home therapy, and if no better in a week, to come back. Contacted my PCP the following day and was ordered a Zpak. I continue with the same symptoms and not feeling any better
Staff was fantastic!
Went in with upper back pain, tired and sleeping a lot. This was for 3 days in a row. I was checked out by a NP and told I was coming down with something. They did test for Covid, flu, sars or Ravena? I was surprised no muscle relaxer or anything Went home and slept about 14 hours and awoke feeling much better. Maybe rest really heals the body?
The check- in was easy and quick, but the wait was long, although not many patients were waiting in the waiting area.
