Please do not offer appointment times especially on weekends because you still wait same amount of time. (That is so misleading. Just remove that) Staff, Provider were professional and compassionate. Negative is when you are told only 1 Provider is scheduled. 2 plus hours waiting before being called back into a room where we waited another 48 minutes before anyone came into the room. Expected treatment was excellent. Wait was 2hours
PA was very knowledgeable, but somewhat unfriendly/rude as I was unhappy due to being fairly sick with COVID & waiting 3 hours.
Short wait. Courteous, professional staff.
The doctor was great. Dr. Danny was a really great guy helped me with my issue. However, we did have to wait almost an hour before I was seen because you only had one physician on staff that day.
Provider was excellent however the registration process was a mess. Each person registering was made to initiate a My Chart account and fill-in basic information as well as current symptoms as other ill patients waited.
Dr Singh took time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions.
TGH Urgent Care has been very helpful to me this week. I was in Tuesday 5 pm and today at 3:30pm with upper respiratory infection. They got me in quite quickly and, bonus!, were able to do a chest X-ray right in-house. I was really worried about pneumonia, so this put my mind at ease.
