Quick service. Friendly staff. Professional. My only suggestion is that I'm not sure who treated me. If it was a doctor, nurse, or nurse practitioner. I'm also not sure of his name as there wasn't an introduction. Overall, it was a good experience and I will use the Sun City location for Urgent Care again if the need arises. Thank you.

The wait wasn’t too long - 30 minutes. The nurse/PA was friendly and professional. The doctor was kind and diagnosed my problem quickly.

Provider and staff were great and my illness was treated effectively. Although the wait was a bit long, it was not unpleasant.

Once I was seen by your only Provider, I was done in less than 20 minutes! Your Provider was great and gave me meds to ease my cough! I had waited an hour without being updated by anybody on your Staff, so I asked and was told that because you were short staffed, it would be a 2 hr wait! With 3 ahead of me! It would have been nice to be told Why there was such a long delay without me asking!
