When I got home, I had a question about meds.. Called customer care. Got Hung up on twice. 3rd time lady took my info and said to hold she would be right back. 45 minutes later of holding, I Hung up.
I believe it would serve TGH Urgent Care to advise the public on exactly what services are provided at the Urgent Care Center. I came to Urgent Care with stomach issues and had to get in my car and go to a Hospital ER. Luckily it was close by!!
Waited over 2 hours along with 2 other patients
The care and everything that went along with it was fantastic. However, the wait time was a couple of hours even early in the morning because there is only one provider that provided did a great job and was working extremely hard but it’s a lot to ask of one person… You just simply need more help otherwise fantastic! The PAs name was Alexis and she was very caring and very thorough
i had been to my regular doctor the previous friday and symptoms got worse over the weekend and first/middle of this week...i think from here on out i'll go directly to urgent care and bypass my primary care doctor's office...primary care doctor's office had next date of service on april 24th for their next appointment date, 4 months from now...
Great doctor. Waited 1 1/2 hours even though I had a reservation.
