Great service, especially by Alexis Adams. She was so kind; showed much concern for my issue; and treated me with a very gentle, but extremely professional manner. I give a high recommendation for Alexis Adams, as well as the Urgent Care staff. :)
I did the call ahead, scheduling I made a 9:30 appointment. I arrived, checked in, and waited for 2 1/2 hours before I was seen. The receptionist never said it was a first come, first see process Then I needed a Kleenex, I had to go back out to my car to get some. There WAS NOT one box of Kleenex in the waiting area. When I final get called back, the NP was rude and acted like I was wasting her time. She did a flu and covid test on me and when I asked about an RSV test she said no i didn’t need it. Physician was wonderful. Wait time was unacceptable. 3hours and I was not a walk in
No blood was taken, no covid test performed. Medications are not helping.
Went to TGH urgent care since PCP could not provide an appointment for two months!
Was seen after waiting a few hours, but was given a flu test and diagnosed with bronchitis. Given script for meds. Was happy to be seen on a very busy day after the holiday.
Extremely long wait time. No one cares. The only excuse is that others wait even longer....... To wait that long I can go to ER, no need for an urgent care center.
I was given thorough care and was provided what I needed (medicine, medical equipment). Thr individuals who helped me were great!
