Quick and efficient service
It was almost 8pm when I arrived. I had forgotten my ID at home as we left in a hurry. My husband left me there and he ran home to get the ID. I think since I've been there before and am a TGH patient there should be a way to get around that check in procedure. The rest of my visit was terrific, problem solved, the PA I saw took great care and treated me kindly and with care.

My husband I have used urgent care multiple times. I’m very satisfied with the staff and the medical care that I receive there. The wait times do seem quite long. That could be improved. The staff at the front desk, the triage nurse and the nurse practitioner that I saw on my visit were all very polite and professional.
Well, well, it's been a week and I still have not received the results of my xbray even though I called and asked him for it. They said it wasn't ready, and I've never heard back from them again. The same thing happened the last time I visited the facility. The staff was very nice but I don't think I'm ever going to come back.
We had a great experience! Elisabeth took great care of my son. Very friendly and compassionate.
Unfortunately, I waited 2 hours to see a practitioner, although I had made an appointment online. On arrival, I was told they didn't accept appointments. Very misleading. However, I had a very good experience with the practitioner, who went out of her way to evaluate me as quickly as possible and prescribe the medications I needed.
