My visit went smoothly. Met with Alexis Adams. She was very professional and very informative. I was given a prescription that is working very well.
Did not wait too long and healthcare providers were very caring and knowledgeable
Well I had right at a three hour wait and the clinic wasn’t that busy. When I did finally see the Dr/nurse practitioner she informed that I had an ear infection which I definitely did. She told me I would hear from a recommendation board or something like that about going to an ENT which I never heard from. She said I f I didn’t hear from them to call my insurance and they’d recommend someone. I have Medicare insurance as my primary and they won’t recommend anyone. I waited for 2 1/2 hours to see the doctor. This was partly because I got there 20 minutes early, but I had been assigned a 10:15 time, and didn't see the PA until almost noon. The nurse and office staff were really nice, though.
I came to your facility because I needed treatment for my UTI. The Provider Alexis was wonderful. No complaints about the front staff , they were great as well. I had a reaction to the Bactrim and called into facility to get a different antibiotic. The system disconnected the call and started sending me texts. once I was called back it was quick BUT 1130a appt was two hour wait. 7 people ahead when arrived but should not take two hours to clear out rooms. Limited labs n radiology in urgent care. Either poorly staffed or slow employees. I have 37 years hospital experience. Disappointing

The receptionist, Skylar was friendly and professional. She was helpful with questions we had filling out the patient form. Nurse Brianna was also friendly and professional. P.A. Alexis was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
A little wait but ok 👍. Dr ‘Liz really helped
