Everyone i encountered st TGH Urgent care was professional & pleasant! The ARPN was wonderful & thorough. She did several tests until she found out I had strep throat. I was prescribed antibiotics & started feeling better quickly.
Everything went well. PA was very good!
Very professional and fast service
I arrived at 8am and it's now 11am and im still waiting in the lobby. They might want to consider changing the name to Slow Track".
Had to wait 1 and 1/2 hour in waiting room to see the RN for treatment. However, the nurse performed well.
They were unable to help but referred me to the ER who did.
Timely and very professional on the medical and administrative sides. Spaces were very clean. Staff were very friendly.
Was advised up front that the wait was long but once I was called in, very efficiently taken care of
La espera en sala fue de 2.5 horas, estuve con vómitos, diarrea, etc. Luego 20 minutos más para tener resultado de Covid y flu. Luego de eso me refirieron a emergencia para un suero con medicamento. Me llevaron a Emergencia.
