clear up my problem
Hello, the service was good, what is not good is the completion of the FMLA forms that I personally dropped off on 11/3/2023, was charged $50.00 and told would be completed within 4 to 7 days. I have called about six times with no resoultion. I have advised this has put me in a hardship as it has inpacted my pay and as of today 11/29/2023, I have not heard back from anyone. Excellent. However, there was a four hour wait because one Dr. was on duty, so I had to come back in the afternoon 4:30pm. Waited 1hr and 25mins. You have a waiting room full of patients how is it possible to have only one Dr. on duty, this is not a third world country, maybe TGH should discount the price of the service.
Everything went fast & smooth. Physician/PA very competent, patient focused & personable. Nursing staff thorough.
Providers are consciences and efficient but a two hour wait for "urgent care" is unacceptable.
Friendly staff but long wait. About the same wait time if I went to my regular doctor on an urgent basis.
The nurse practitioner discussed my urine culture results and the appropriate antibiotic to use.
