Too long a wait when you’re not feeling well. Need more staff. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The facility is clean and well-organized. The receptionist is very personable and helpful. The medical staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I give my highest recommendation to visit this Urgent Care.
Came in with head injury, waited 2 hours to be seen only for them to tell me to go to the ER. The front desk should have been informed that a head injury cannot be treated at urgent care.
Long wait time
Your team did great for me. They took me in on short notice - same day test for a UTI. I left with a positive diagnosis and a prescription in hand. I am on the MyChart system in Atlanta. That made the whole experience appear seamless. You were able to bring up my records easily.
Staff was great
I was at your quick care twice, the first time your PA underestimated my condition. I was tested for COVID and flu ( negative for both) but was not tested for anything else, said I had a virus, given cough drops and inhaler. My condition got worse so I returned, was tested more thoroughly, told I had a UTI, given an antibiotic, and so far my condition is improving.
The wait time was horrible! I waited about 1 1/2 hr to be seen and after chest X-ray and wonderful NP consult waited another hour.
this location always takes long, i have a baby boy and i shouldn’t need to wait more than 2 hours to be seen, this is ridiculous and needs to be fixed.
