It was a longer wait than I expected for such a few people. But I hadn’t used urgent care before so I really didn’t know the process.
Your online I'm on my way system A+++ Steph, receptionist, greeted me A+++++++ Jennifer, did the procedure A+++++++++ Yarkema, nurse A+++++++++++++ You people did everything correct, first class treatment.
Staff was compassionate and efficient
The staff was friendly. I was seen and tested for Covid and the flu. Results came back pretty quickly. Everyone was very professional and explained my results . I was given prescriptions and told to come back if I got worse.

clear up my problem
Excellent. However, there was a four hour wait because one Dr. was on duty, so I had to come back in the afternoon 4:30pm. Waited 1hr and 25mins. You have a waiting room full of patients how is it possible to have only one Dr. on duty, this is not a third world country, maybe TGH should discount the price of the service.
Everything went fast & smooth. Physician/PA very competent, patient focused & personable. Nursing staff thorough.
