I had to wait for two and half hours before being seen. The people in the waiting room all where very angry for the wait, please hire more staff.

In the midst of COVID 19 and flu season I watched the ARNP and CNA going in and out of several rooms and not wash their hands, I also didn’t see them sanitize any of the equipment, or use hand sanitizer. I will never go back there again.
I made an appointment online due to having a bad sinus infection and was seen by Matt, Nurse Practitioner who decided all I needed to do was take over the counter medication even though the sinus infection was already bad, he said it wasn't and couldn't give me antibiotics. A couple of days later, I was able to see allergist, Dr. Powell at Florida ENT and Allergy who did diagnose they indeed the sinus infection was bad and prescribed 2 antibiotics. 5:30 appt wasnt seen until 8pm dr wasnt very nice lady in window 5 was very rude will never go back
They only gave me a covid and flu test, then since it was negative they sent me on my way saying I should go to the hospital. They did not treat me in anyway, even when I told them I was running a high temp before I took tylenol prior to coming there. They gave me no antibiotics no prescriptions no blood draw nothing.
Terrible experience. Awful customer service, terrible bedside manner. All we went in for was a covid test, and once we got back home they called saying we had to come straight back but didn't say why, and when I called they said they would call right back and didn't until the following morning. They messed up the test - no surprise - they stopped my daughter after we'd waited an hour and a half in the corridor, performed the test right there. Absolutely appalling.
