Well I thought I made an appointment online for 5:30 pm Friday Dec 11, but there was nothing in the computer when I got there. I told the girl that I really need a Covid test because I just came back from Mexico and there are 8 people that I was with. I have a terrible head cold. I would like info on how to sign up to view my visit reports electronically. I have downloaded the Healow app but need a code to activate the account. I’ve been unable to reach anyone in the office. Please help.

Presented with shortness of breath. Was stunned that a facility that is part of TGH and in the same facility as my PCP is not connected to the TGH database. Had to fill out lengthy paperwork that wasn’t even read by anyone treating me. Waited in lobby for about half hour. After being weighed and blood pressure taken placed in exam room waiting to see doctor. Still couldn’t breathe. I was the first to arrive at 8 am. No one behind me had an appointment, but it took an hour to be seen. I think the dr arrived an hour after opening and that is why it took an hour to be seen

they knew the reason for my visit was a covid=19 test. It took over 2 1/2 hours before it was taken. Will never use the service again

For me to get the COVID test I waited over 3 hours. There where employees arguing and it was very unprofessional.

I’m sure the facility is fine for urgent care. However my husband and I made back to back appointments for a coronavirus virus test to be sure we were negative for family reasons... one being, my son just had a baby and we didn’t want to take a chance of affecting his family or the baby. After waiting for over a half an hour, we were called in and after asking us the typical COVID questions, we were denied a test.
