The PA was great as was the person who took X-Rays. It took 3 days for someone to get back to me with results. This was with the PA noting “stat” on the order. I had the results on My Chart at least a day before someone actually called me.

At first I had to wait as the provider was called away on an emergency. Eventually Leah Blizard, PA was sent there from St. Pete. Once there i did not have to wait that long. Leah was very personable, professional and answered all my questions and provided other information to further ease my concerns about my reason for the visit. Well worth the wait.

Something popped in my knee. Advised intake I needed X-rays. Was told you do X-rays. Checked in 1:30 pm. Had to wait until 4:15 before I was called back; sitting in pain the entire time. Once I got back into room was told by NP that they can’t do X-rays after 2:00 pm and there was nothing she could do for me. Told me to go to an ER. NP seemed stressed and was very rude. Said I needed an ER that took X-rays and an MRI. When asked her if she could direct me to an appropriate ER , she told me she didn’t have time to make calls ... read more

I waited 2hours and 50 minutes to been seen and this is suppose to be urgent care ??? I’ll pass thank you.

Was told to come in at 9:15a. Seen at 11:30a. :-(. Since it was busy, the NP that saw me did not bother to sit down to talk to me. Felt rushed. :-(
