Tried to phone the location. No one answered the phone. Reserved a spot on-line, but when I arrived, I was told that they do not schedule appointments. The receptionist said the wait time would be 1-1.5 hours. I waited. I was seen 2 hrs45 mins later. No one attempted to give me a reason for the longer wait time. When I inquired at the desk for an updated time, the receptionist did not tell me an updated time, but instead told me how many people were ahead of me. There is definitely a total lack of communication.
I did get the help I needed but the employees working that day appeared overwhelmed or else they just didn’t really care. It was very disheartening
It will be really hard to go back to that urgent care! I was so sick, and the nurse practitioner never tested me for strep throat, said I had a high fever and never prescribed me antibiotics. Had to go to my primary doctor Monday (spend another copayment) to get some kind of antibiotics. Lesson learned!!

It was fantastic
I'm from RI and visiting family when I needed treatment. My daughter referred me and showed me how to "get in line." It was easy. I waited less than 20 minutes in the waiting room and maybe 10 minutes in the exam room. I was home an hour later.
Fast, efficient and easy!
Outstanding care. I was actually in and out in under 30 minutes. Provider very nice and attentive. Staff were courteous and respectful. Great experience.
NP was a good listener and took care of me. A few days of meds and I’m much better.
