Never been to a “doc in a box” type “urgent care” type center before, but having a sore throat worsening over a week, I decided to go first thing that morning. After signing in, I waited a short time to be seen, got my vital signs checked, meds reviewed, throat swabbed by an experienced nurse. I had to wait 2 1/2 hours on a Saturday morning at 9:30am to see a provider. Waiting room was not full. Only about 6 people ahead of me. I was told at check in, wait would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours. that to me was acceptable. after 2 hours, I asked the girls at the desk where I was on the list. The girl looked in her computer, then came back to me and before she could say anything I was called in. No waiting..referred me to St. Joe's stayed one night. The 6yh time since last March....
Great quickly when I saw pa but waited 3 hours to be called
Easy in easy out nurse and PA were excellent. Great place wonderful staff.
Checked in fast. The wait was a bit long, but once in, the nurse and doctor were great.
It was a good experience considering how I felt
Everything and everyone were professional and caring. Wait time was too long even though I had an appointment.
