The staff were very attentive and listened to me explain my problem. The doctor examined me and was very helpful and explained my problem and made a suggestion on the type of doctor I needed to see. Very nice doctor and very informative. Very satisfied.
I always get great care, very detailed in asking what is going on and explain why they are giving me medication for my problem! Staff is always so busy be still great spirits!
Sign in was easy and quick since I'd been there before and nothing had changed. There wasn't too long a wait (30 minutes). All the care-givers were friendly and polite and made me feel secure. Everyone knew exactly what their job was and each did it thoroughly (obviously well practiced).
2 and 1/2 hours wait time. Come on, you should be able to make that time shorter. (Told by staff there was only one person to see patients. Get more people to help.)
Had to wait two hours before being seen by a PA. I was forewarned the about the wait as they only had one person seeing patients.
Everything went well, the wait time was short, the staff was friendly and confident. They treated me appropriately andi was discharged in a friendly manner.
The staff was very professional and nice. They did a great job.

It took almost 5 hours to get treated for a minor issue and both of the PAs still did not know what my issue was and how to treat it. It is unacceptable for an urgent care facility to have a patient waiting for 4 hrs to get into a room and then waiting for another hour to get treated! I had to go out of the room and check with nurses to make sure they did not forget that I was still waiting for the doctor.
