Very competent saff and informative
I love this Urgent care facility. I’ve had to go there twice in the last 2 months. The doctors are knowledgeable and make you feel like they really care about your health. Not like other Urgent care places where all the want to do is get you in and out quickly. The intake staff is friendly and was able to answer my questions and handle all my concerns regarding insurance. I’m new to Florida and will continue to use this facility should I get sick again.
End of their day. Nurse needed coffee. Dr Adam's was very good with excellent instructions. Should have been told no insurance covered Covid drugs so wasted a trip as $679 was too much for a retired person on a fixed income. Why doesn't your system have telemedicine
Not feeling well, tested positive got prescription filled and now on my way to feeling better.
Staff was great. But the wait was long.
Staff all had a great attitude and the wait was short!
The bad news is that I wasn’t told upfront that it would be a two hour wait. The two hour wait turned into a three hour wait. Not good. The good news is that Dr. Hanley was excellent.
Too long a wait when you’re not feeling well. Need more staff. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The facility is clean and well-organized. The receptionist is very personable and helpful. The medical staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I give my highest recommendation to visit this Urgent Care.
