It was very quick and concise, lovely people, also very low key which was important for me because I have alot of anxiety going to these types of places.
Unfortunately, even though I did the on-line check-in the night before it wasn't like old system where you had an appointment time or at least got taken ahead of walk-ins. Some folks had already been there for 3-4 hours & due to pain I waited for 3-1/2 hrs to be seen. There was 1 PA to see everyone since no Drs. came in that day. The PA was very pleasant, but really didn't even examine me, just sent me for xrays of my back since I'd fallen. I visited urgent care on 1/20/24 due to a cut on my finger, that I bandaged up before I went there to stop the bleeding. The APRN tried to remove the bandage but couldn’t get it lose without tugging on it painfully, she tried to cut it away but she could not remove it and I began to get feint from my blood pressure dropping from the pain try to remove the bandage.. Time in the waiting area was far too long. Thank goodness a nurse got us in before taking her lunch break. The PA explained our options and took time to answered questions.
Everything went great and all the staff were very professional.
