I waited 2 hours. I was tested for the flu, given the results, and sent on my way.
No one there to help with registration. Forced to use kiosk. Told to finish with agent. Had to wait for agent to return from lunch. Had to wait even longer to be seen. NP said she was called in late to help. She was exelent and efficient.
Quick responsiveness, clean environment, smooth paperwork transfer
A good call by Brianna (PA) had us drive directly to ER. (Not a life threating situation). The PA was decisive - fast - knowledgeable while explaining her recommendation.
