It took forever with just one doctor seeing everyone. After being in the waiting room for almost two hours, we were briefly taken to the first exam room for a few minutes. Then we were put in a second exam room and after about 45 minutes just waiting and thinking they skipped us or completely forgot about us, the doctor came in and was so obviously rushed that I really think she didn’t even pay attention. I made an online appointment for 1:30pm at the Sun City Urgent Care. When I got there the receptionist told me that it would be a 2-21/2 hour wait even though I had an appointment. Unfortunately I had to wait for 3 1/2 hours before I was seen. Once I was called back to be seen it went very smoothly and quickly. The nurse who took my information and vitals was WONDERFUL. Easy check in and knowledge and profiency of staff.
Was ignored checking in. The process was not explained after asking and standing there and ended up being bumped other patients taken first. Bathroom out of order . Felt invisible
Jamey Robson was great! He listened to me and explained everything in a way I could understand.
Had a short wait. Seen right away by the Nurse Practitioner. Very nice, soft spoken young woman. She examined me and wrote out two scripts for my ailments. Presented with non stop nagging cough. Day 4 today, same, but at least the mucus is breaking up. Happy I went right in.
Staff was courteous and caring.
Everyone is very polite and very respectful including the Nurse practitioner who assisted me.
Simply took care of the problem, which was removing a dome from my hearing aid that was in my ear.
