Everyone was very polite and helpful…
I still do not have my results from the X-ray and do not know anymore than when I went in three days ago. I did not even receive discharge paperwork with any information nor any information on best care instruction. My foot turned darker purple/black and even with follow up call I was not given any information or assistance.

Horrible experience! I was charged $245 for a PPD test with a promise to sign a form for a Adult Care Center but the PA Alexi said that she would sign after we came back in 48hrs but then she decided not to and told us to go to our pcp! We just moved here and did not have one yet! Spoke to a manager who was not interested! Think twice before you go there!
Worst experience ever. I’ve been sitting here for three hours in the waiting room. I arrived at 8:15am. Ridiculous. Staff appropriately!!
The night before our appointments my husband was struggling to make them online so called Urgent Cares number. The woman who answered, wish we had her name, was terrific and went right into making them for us. Sunday morning the front staff was pleasant and PA Lovett great. She listened to our individual symptoms and concerns and examined where necessary. She advised our flu had progressed to bacterial pneumonia, and scripts were at the Publix pharmacy when they opened. Hopefully, in 2 days we’ll begin to feel better.
All was a great service.
