Four hours of waiting just to get a confirmed appointment to get a COVID test, only to come back almost 2 hours later because there was time for me to get said test “early.” After waiting four hours, I was told I had a confirmed appointment at 4pm. I got called around 2pm to come in early so I did. I live 8 minutes from the clinic. I then waited until 3:45 to get into an actual room. I should have just come in at my scheduled time. Waited for six hours to be told my insurance wasnt excepted im on 02 n disabled CHF prone so in the critical catagory told that the test was free to most or covered if u in the critical catagory. Was not going to be seen unless I put a card on file but assured me it wouldnt be charged while less than two weeks i get charged 180dollars. Im on a fixed income and cannot afford this I need some answers as to why I was lied to.

I was told my lab results would be available on monday. I have been calling all day monday and Tuesday but cannot reach a person. No return call from the urgent care, no lab results. Very poor customer service!!!

An appointment was supposed to be scheduled for a Monday and one wasn’t, (not tgh’s fault) I scheduled the appointment for the next day at 11:30 and when I arrive the first thing that is said to me even if you have an appointment the wait is 2:30 hours. After finally getting to the front of the line and filling out the paperwork it took 40 plus minutes to get my credit card, license, and insurance card back and when I asked if they were done after 20 minutes and 35 all I seemed to receive was attitude. I sat outside for six hours to get inside to take a covid test so that the rooms could be cleaned and sanitized in between. I watched numerous pre surgery people pull up to the back and get the covid test while still in their cars and then able to leave. Why wouldn't you do the covid test in people's cars so that you can move people a long a lot faster. It was a very frustrating day. The only good part of the whole day was the staff especially the nurse/doctor that I saw. They were very nice.

I came in with COVID symptoms and for the almost two hours I waited, I observed not one pen, clipboard, countertop, or chair being wiped off. Not until almost two hours into my wait, did someone from the reception area give anyone the option of waiting in their car until they were called back. If I knew that was an option, I would have gladly done that. I observed someone being turned away because they did not have a method of payment that they could provide for future use. When you walk in the clinic there is a large sign that says sanitize and put on a mask before approaching the counter yet there weren't any masks or sanitizer available. The lobby had multiple people in it without masks on, and the lobby was full of at least 20 people instead of having patients wait in their cars. Also the pens and clip boards people were using didn't appear to be santized between uses. The provider was very professional and helpful, and kind.
